Why?

Why not? Ducks make fantastic travelling companions! We’ve sent them out into the world to see how far they can get.

How can I get a duck?

Ducks are to be exchanged directly between travellers.

Can I leave a duck somewhere to be found?

Please do not abandon the Ducks, as this is littering. Ducks should be directly exchanged between travellers.

Can I keep the duck?

We encourage you to share and pass on the Duck to another traveller, as the Ducks prefer to travel. We’re very keen to see how far the Ducks can go.

I can’t read the code on the Duck

If the code on the Duck has worn off you can find a bag containing backup codes inside the Duck. If you have a marker pen and feel able to re-mark the Duck then please feel free to do so. Codes are not case-sensitive.

Can I name the Duck?

If you are the first person to log the Duck then you can submit a name suggestion.

Why doesn’t my log report show on the website?

All Duck reports are manually approved before they appear on the website. Please check back soon!
